AI agent access
Let an AI assistant read your shipments and change your settings for you.How it works
You create an access key here and paste it into your assistant. From then on you can ask it things like "which parcels have stopped moving?" or "give customers three more days before you flag a parcel", and it does the work in this app. It reaches this one store and nothing else.
Your assistant asks for a connection address and an access key. Paste this address, then paste the key you create below.
Assistants connect to this using MCP, the open standard for plugging an assistant into outside tools. Look for a setting called MCP, connectors or custom tools. Support is still arriving across assistant apps, so if yours has nowhere to add one yet, keep your key safe and try again after its next update.
Create an access key
Just so you can tell your keys apart later.
Your new key
Copy it now. This is the only time it is shown. We keep a one-way hash of it and nothing else, so we cannot show it to you again. If you lose it, revoke it and create another.
Paste it into your assistant along with the connection address above. Treat it like a password: anyone holding it can use it on this store.

What an assistant cannot do
- It cannot see or set the keys and addresses you use to send updates onward. Those stay yours, on the Settings page.
- It cannot create or read an access key, including its own.
- It cannot see your plan, start or change a charge, or use a discount code.
- It cannot see a customer's email address. It sees a first name, so it can talk about the order.
- It cannot contact a customer. Nothing in this app ever sends an email or a text message.
- It cannot add the tracking block to your theme. That is one drag in your theme editor and it stays your step.
Revoking a key stops it working straight away. Uninstalling the app deletes every key for this store.
